Preparation of Category B Social Impact Assessment for retail liquor outlet in Great Lakes Shire, for a private client.

Situation: The retail liquor license for the premises had lapsed, resulting in the licensee having to cease trading.

Action:

• A Category B Social Impact Assessment (SIA) was required to satisfy new regulations for retail liquor outlets.
• RM Planning prepared the documentation for this Assessment.

Outcome: The SIA was approved and the liquor store recommenced trading.
